It really doesn’t seem like that long of a time unless you really start to think about it. Sunset Ridge has stood the test of time with the ATV Racin’ Nation and even though it is not a “nationally renowned track” that has featured the tradition of two wheel professional nationals, it still has a mystique that makes it one of the premier stops on our tour.

Site Lap: Summertime ATVMX NationalsJune 7, 2017The 2017 Wiseco ATV Motocross National Championship by CST Tires, an AMA national championship, rolled into Muddy Creek Raceway for the ATV Spring Nationals this past weekend. No one knew what to really expect weather wise as the forecast had changed a few times leading into the weekend but everyone was hoping for good perfection and we got it. The racing was once again at a level you would expect a national championship fight to be and all classes featured exciting moments throughout the battles.

The time seems to be flying by and with the changes in the schedule it gets a little confusing but here we are heading into round four of a now nine round championship for the amateur ATV national championships. The excitement provided so far with the great racing may just be the prelude of what’s to come. Like the first three rounds, these next three rounds will be critical to position yourself well for the championship and most classes seems to have some interesting scenarios shaping or about to shape into an epic battle for a number of titles.
