Site Lap: Night of ChampionsOctober 5, 2016The truth has to be told and now is the time to say it. The only thing I can think about is Kalahari Resort and the upcoming “night of champions” awards presentation. Last year’s banquet there was possibly one of the coolest in some time and this year may be better considering we know what to look forward to. The great thing about this place is there is something for nearly everyone.

Site Lap: The Season of HypeSeptember 29, 2016The 2016 ProX ATV Motocross National Championship presented by CST Tires, an AMA National championship was hyped to be one of the best championship seasons in recent history. There was a hype that the “new era” of racing was upon us, and how the year may produce more stars and present new challenges. In the end it is likely safe to say that the season lived up to all the hype it was given. A simple look through the standings prove the point with not only the tight battles but new names that are starting to emerge as top national athletes. One may even say this year was the dawn of that “new era” and the sun is only starting to rise.
Site Lap: Celebration Time!September 21, 2016The 2016 racing season is officially over for the ATV Racin’ Nation as this weekend wrapped up one of the richest ATV races in history with the 4th Annual Caleb Moore Memorial ATV Pro Challenge. Ken Hill spent some time there and has a nice wrap up in his contribution this week. The last order of business for us now is the year-end awards banquet in just a few weeks.

Site Lap: Coming To A CloseSeptember 15, 2016It all began six months ago and now it has finally come to a close. The 2016 ProX AMA Pro ATV Motocross National Championship wrapped up this past weekend at The Edge of Summer MX at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. It was a long way from Daytona International Speedway and we all had a long road to get there. Congratulations to Joel Hetrick on another impressive win and congratulations to Chad Wienen for his fifth consecutive AMA Pro ATV Motocross National Championship.

The Edge of Summer Motocross at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Michigan will serve as the platform and the stage is set for more surprises and chills.
Site Lap: Almost Celebration TimeAugust 31, 2016The 2016 AMA Pro ATV Championship will come to a close in a little over two weeks from this time and the ProX ATV Motocross National Championship presented by CST Tires, an AMA national championship, will be in the history books. That will mark the end to the 33rd year of the ATVMX national championship has been in existence.
Site Lap: We're Not Slowing Down YetAugust 24, 2016One would think that things would be slowing down and coming to a near standstill with the completion of the amateur racing season for the ProX ATV Motocross National Championship presented by CST Tires, an AMA National Championship. However, it seems to be the complete opposite… Folks seem to be busy all around the ATV Racin’ Nation and it doesn’t appear to be slowing down for a little while longer. I have to say it is likely the busiest I have seen ATV racing in a while and there is still more to go.

Known as ATV Dirt Days it is the longest and most prestigious race on the schedule.
