The setting and backdrop of the Kalahari Bay Resort was once again perfect as there was something for the entire family. The indoor waterpark, arcade, spa, restaurants and shops offered more than enough to do for everyone. Congratulations to 2016 ProX ATV Motocross Specialty Award WinnersOctober 11, 2016The ProX ATV Motocross National Championship (ATVMX) presented by CST Tires, an AMA National Championship, traveled to Sandusky, Ohio this past weekend, October 8, for the annual awards banquet. In addition to the coveted AMA Pro ATV championship, there were 39 National Championships and 12 specialty awards bestowed upon completion of the 2016 season.
2016 Annual ATVMX Night of ChampionsOctober 10, 2016The 2016 ProX ATV Motocross National Championship (ATVMX) presented by CST Tires, an AMA National Championship, MX Sports is pleased to announce that the 2016 Annual Awards Celebration will be returning to the Kalahari Resort in Sandusky, Ohio. The only thing I can think about is Kalahari Resort and the upcoming “night of champions” awards presentation. Last year’s banquet there was possibly one of the coolest in some time and this year may be better considering we know what to look forward to. The great thing about this place is there is something for nearly everyone.

Site Lap: The Season of HypeSeptember 29, 2016The 2016 ProX ATV Motocross National Championship presented by CST Tires, an AMA National championship was hyped to be one of the best championship seasons in recent history. There was a hype that the “new era” of racing was upon us, and how the year may produce more stars and present new challenges. In the end it is likely safe to say that the season lived up to all the hype it was given. A simple look through the standings prove the point with not only the tight battles but new names that are starting to emerge as top national athletes. One may even say this year was the dawn of that “new era” and the sun is only starting to rise.

The 2016 ProX AMA Pro ATV Motocross National Championship wrapped up this past weekend at The Edge of Summer MX at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan. It was a long way from Daytona International Speedway and we all had a long road to get there. Congratulations to Joel Hetrick on another impressive win and congratulations to Chad Wienen for his fifth consecutive AMA Pro ATV Motocross National Championship.
