It is a change that we hope will be a benefit for the racing season as well as somewhat entertaining. This timing may be a better opportunity to pass along information about the upcoming weekend and such. Kind of like a “virtual site (sight) lap,” which was the intentions from the beginning. A look around the ATVMX racing community to see what was going on. We hope you enjoy and we hope to continue to grow with the anticipated growth on the horizon in our sport.

Site Lap: Change in the AirJanuary 29, 2016Change is in the air as we approach the 2016 ATV Motocross National Championship presented by CST an AMA National Championship season. New teams for some, new bikes and sponsors for some, new classes and competition for some and new found hope and determination by others. A signal of some life being breathed into our sport by some major moves being taken that are paying dividends for this sport. A sign also that a new era looms on the horizon that with more work, heart, determination and passion that may be reached. What lies beyond still remains to be seen but there is change coming.

Site Lap: Big Things are HappeningJanuary 22, 2016Just like that, it happened! The 2016 ATV Motocross National Championship, and AMA National Championship, just took another huge step forward. The momentum that has been building for so many years is finally picking up speed and crashing through barriers that such a short time ago seemed impenetrable. The announcement of the 12th round of AMA Pro ATV Motocross National Championships was added with the announcement of the Edge of Summer Motocross at Soaring Eagle Casino and Resort.

Site Lap: Another Week CloserJanuary 15, 2016Another week has gone by, and we are getting closer to heading down to Florida. Daytona Bike Week brings so much for our industry with the many forms of motorcycle racing taking place. It is even growing into an ATV related affair in some instances with the addition of ATVSX, and of course, the long standing GNCC ATV racing that has been a part for so many years and now come the UTVs. Yep that's right UTV racing will take place in the sands of Florida at the Wild Boar to kick off Round one.

Site Lap: Hello 2016!January 8, 2016The New Year bell has rung and the ATV Racin’ Nation is gearing up and ready to head out. Training schedules just got serious and bike builds, if not done already, are in full swing. I see folks heading to Texas and Florida so all indications are that the season looks as bright as any we have seen. The hustle and bustle is underway and many teams are starting to gather for the big push to Daytona to kick the year off.

An annual event I have done for the bigger part of 20 years now. If starting the new year out at the track is any indication of what the future holds it looks like I will have a full season.

Site Lap: 2015 Night of ChampionsNovember 20, 2015The long awaited 2015 ATV Motocross Night of Champions will take place this Saturday evening in Sandusky, OH as the ATV Racin’ Nation celebrates one of its most historic years yet. As we reflect back it seems like we were just preparing for the Daytona ATVSX and now here we are celebrating it and the many other things that have taken place this season. It was said this would be one of the biggest years for our sport, and it was.
