Hetrick Wins ATV Stampede at High Point RacewayMay 21, 2016An abundant amount of rainfall occurred at High Point Raceway creating a slick and muddy track for the fifth round of the ProX ATV Motocross National Championship (ATVMX) presented by CST Tires, an AMA National Championship. The track crew worked diligently to create the best racecourse possible and at the conclusion of the two 20-minute motos it was Maxxis/Elka Suspension/Liquid Wrench’s Joel Hetrick who took home the overall win with 2-1 moto finishes.

Now for just the second year, the storied hills welcomed the world’s most prestigious ATV Motocross series to its new state of the art motocross facility. Unfortunately, the track would look more like a GNCC cross country course for much of the weekend thanks to race day rain. But in a season full of early adversity, it would take more than a little mud to slow reigning ATV Derby Pro World Champion Cody Janssen.

Hetrick Makes It Two-In-A-Row with Ironman National WinMay 7, 2016The 2016 ProX ATV Motocross National Championship (ATVMX) presented by CST Tires, an AMA National Championship, continued today, May 7, at the iconic Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana. The rain began to fall right before the second timed qualifying session creating a rough and rutted track, but Maxxis/Elka Suspension/Liquid Wrench’s Joel Hetrick conquered the obstacles to come out with the overall win. Wienen Motorsports/Yamaha/Maxxis/SSi Decals/Walsh Racecraft/FLY Racing’s Chad Wienen and JB Racing/Root River Racing/Gold Speed Tires’ Jeffrey Rastrelli rounded out the overall podium in second and third.
