The weekend could have not been any more perfect with great weather, nighttime entertainment and amazing racing. And even though nothing extremely monumental took place at a glance, something big did happen for “Big” Chad Wienen. He was able to stop the momentum of the win streaks being built by Joel Hetrick and that itself may have been the biggest thing of all.

Wienen Returns to the Center of the Box at Spring Creek ATVMX NationalJuly 3, 2016Spring Creek MX Park in Millville, Minnesota hosted the eighth round of the 2016 ProX ATV Motocross National Championship (ATVMX) presented by CST Tires, an AMA National Championship, yesterday, July 2. Faced with some of the most challenging track conditions of the season, reigning four-time AMA Pro ATV Champion Chad Wienen rose to the occasion with a dominant 2-1 performance that gave the Wienen Motorsports/Yamaha/Maxxis/SSi Decals/Walsh Racecraft/FLY Racing rider his third overall victory of the season.

The season has been one of many twists and turns and the weather has played some major havoc on most classes it seems. This weekends “Millville” race is set to be another a perfect weather weekend. It almost looks too good to be true from what we have faced so far this year but let’s hope that is all behind now. The future is so bright you may want to wear your shades.
Janssen Ready for Big Performance at Nearby Spring CreekJune 29, 2016For Cody Janssen, reigning ATV Derby Pro World Champion, this is the home field advantage stretch of the ATV Motocross schedule. With three close races in a four race span (Illinois, Minnesota, and Michigan), this is where the Wisconsin native looks to flex his muscles and turn his injury-riddled season around. Coming off a solid performance in the first leg of this home stand at Sunset Ridge that saw Janssen have a very strong Pro Class 2nd moto and a Pro Am overall finish right outside the top 5, Cody looks to really shine in Minnesota.
