The ATVMX Community Mourns the Loss of
ATV Motocross Enthusiast Rich Gillette

The entire ATVMX Family is saddened and shocked to hear of the passing of Rich Gillette, 51, of Onalaska, Wisconsin. Gillette passed away at home on the evening of February 23, 2022, after a lengthy illness. Gillette was not only an enthusiast of ATV Motocross, but he was also an instrumental part of expanding the series and promoting ATV racing on broadcast television and throughout the world. Gillette was the owner of Root River Racing, supporting amateur and professional ATV racers since 2006. He is survived by his son, Alex.

Funeral Arrangements have yet to be announced.
