Pro Riders Entertain Hundreds of Children During Inaugural Kids Karnival at Loretta Lynn’s
HURRICANE MILLS, TENN. (August 10, 2008) ¯¿½“ The first annual Kids Karnival took place Friday evening at the Amsoil Arena at Loretta Lynn Ranch. The event helped kick off ATV Dirt Days, which is the final round of the ITP Tires/Moose Racing AMA/ATVA National Championship Presented by Parts Unlimited. The Kids Karnival featured activities, games, and contests for all kids to enjoy alongside Pro ATV racers.
“We wanted to incorporate the pro racers into something fun,” said Series Administrator, Stephani McIntyre.” “The kids look up to them, and it was nice to provide an event where they could get up close and play along-side their heroes.”
Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Keith Little manned the Monster Putt-Putt, while Rockstar/Suzuki’s Kory Ellis entertained the kids during the Rockstar Ring Toss. Jason Dunkleberger was a fitting victim for the “Dunk Tank” . Afterwards, all of the kids dove into a pile of candy when Josh Creamer was able to break open the pi±ata with a single swing.
The Karnival also featured the Kids Choice Awards where the children voted on their favorite pro racer for individual awards.
