Prior to Event:
Riders may request a refund for their entire order (including entry fees, admission and camping) for any reason prior to the event. The convenience fee will not be refunded. Refund requests must be made by email no later than February 28, 2017. Fill out form below.
Riders have the opportunity to withdraw at the event only in the event they feel they cannot safely maneuver the racecourse. In such event, the withdrawal will be for all classes entered and must be made prior to commencement any racing (practice excluded). Refunds will be issued for 50% of the race entry fee only. Admission, camping fees and the convenience fee will not be refunded during the event.
Refunds will be issued by check within 4-6 weeks after request is received.
