2-2 Finish for Wienen at High Point

Round 4 of the AMA ATV MX Pro National Championship series commenced at High Point Raceway in Mount Morris, Pennsylvania this past weekend and Chad Wienen finished 2-2 for second overall.

In moto 1, Wienen came out of the first turn leading the field and went on to lead the majority of the race. With five laps left, Wienen surrendered the top spot and went on to finish the race in the second place position.

Moto 2, Wienen rode out of the first turn in third. He was able to quickly move into the second place position where he remained until the final checkers flew for Round 4.

“ I was thrilled grabbing that first moto hole shot but was unable to hold onto the top spot to finish out the moto. I have some work to do as we head back to the midwest for the remainder of the season. I am looking forward to the next few tracks we are heading back to the midwest and I am in hopes we can start chipping away at the current championship points deficite we are sitting at as we approach halfway point in the 2022 season."

The next round of racing will be Round 5 held at Ironman Raceway in Crawfordsville, Indiana.
