| ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS |
Beginning January 4, 2010: Riders who finished in the TOP 10 of their class in the 2009 AMA ATV Motocross Championship and had the minimum number of required races (4 events), will be able to reserve a number in that class. The number may either be the number they earned or a number outside the Top 10. This does not apply to riders who must advance or change to another class based on age, ability, machine displacement or choice.
Beginning January 18, 2010: Riders who participated in at least four (4) events in the 2009 national series in the same class, may then request a number. The number cannot be a Top 10 number.
Beginning February 1, 2010: Riders who do not meet the above requirements for various reasons (i.e., injury) but who met the same requirements in the 2008 series, may submit a request citing the reasons why they did not meet the requirements and requesting a reserved number. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
After 4 rounds in 2010: Once riders have competed in 4 rounds in 2010, they may request a number.
